Sage

Smoke and Sage has been regarded as deeply cleansing and spiritually powerful to many indigenous cultures for thousands of years.  It moves stagnant energy on. 

We recommend saging and repeating your intentions to yourself while you do so. Once a week to maintain or as needed for specific reasons. 

Palo Santo

The word Palo Santo means "Holy Wood" in Spanish. It has a long spiritual history, references to this tree date back to the Incan era, when it was used in rituals and ceremonies to cleanse and heal. This sacred tree is related to Frankincense, Myrrh and Copal.  

Selenite

Selenite translates to “The Moon”. It’s used as a cleanser for spaces and other crystals. It’s also a powerful protection stone, acting as filter. Letting the positive energy in and filtering the negative energy out.
