Sales of Goods

Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd will allocate you, The Maker/Business/Consignor a "maker number", to be used as an identifier code in our Square point of sale system. This ensures that all of sales are allocated to the correct Maker/Business/Consignor.
It is Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd's responsibility to enter The Makers/Business/Consignors business name, code, inventory and prices accurately into the point of sale system.
It is The Maker/Business/Consignor's responsibility to make sure all the Consigned goods are clearly labelled and priced. This includes your allocated maker number. Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd will provide a price gun if needed. If products are not priced we will request that you return and complete this task.
Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd agrees to use its best efforts to sell the goods on behalf of you, The Maker/Business/Consignor.

Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny certain items to not be sold instore, due to, but not limited to:
* Offensive nature
* Environmental Impact
* If we suspect that items are not what are advertised
* Does not align with our values

Details of Hire

​SOUL COLLECTIVE WA PTY LTD (“Consignee”) - Located at 559 Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley WA 6050.
YOU the ("Consignor").

The parties agree as follows:
You, The Maker/Business/Consignor agrees to supply your products to Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd to sell on your behalf at 559 Beaufort St, Mount Lawley. In exchange for a monthly rental fee and a percentage of total sales.
Space will be up to one shelf of 90cm (L) x 40cm (D) x 30cm (H), unless otherwise agreed upon.
You, The Maker/Business/Consignor, agrees to provide display props for your goods that are functional, fit the space requirements and are professional in appearance, at your own cost.

Fees

Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd will charge The Maker/Business/Consignor $100 per month including GST.
Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd will charge the The Maker/Business/Consignor 10% on all sales made.

Consignment of Goods

You, The Maker/Business/Consignor, agrees to deliver your goods for sale to Soul Collective WA Ltd Pty at 559 Beaufort St, Mount Lawley, Perth, WA.
If you are unable to deliver the goods in person, postage of your goods for sale will be at your expense. Please send to c/o Alyssa Vanderlaan, 1/17 Brennan Way, Belmont, WA, 6104.
At the end of hire, postage of goods back to you will also be at your own expense.
Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd shall store your goods at its premises. Some overflow stock is encouraged so we can restock as needed.
Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd will contact you via email when a restock is needed.
It is your responsibility as The Maker/Business/Consignor, to keep an updated record of inventory of your goods. This includes stocktakes. If you are not located in Perth, we are able to complete this for you on request.

Insurance, Security, Damage and Theft

Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd is insured by AAMI Business Insurance for theft and vandalism resulting from forced entry, burglary and damage resulting from fire or natural disasters.
This includes contents and stock as well as public and product liability up to $20m.
We do recommend that you also secure your own business and stock insurance, at your own cost.
In the event of any loss, theft or damage of your goods whilst the premises is open for business, Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd will cover the wholesale cost only.
Even though you, The Maker/Business/Consignor retains ownership of the goods, Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd agrees to keep the goods safe from damage or theft, while in their possession to the best of our ability.

Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd will provide security which includes:
* A staff member present while your goods are accessible to the public
* 24/7 camera security and insure the premises
* A building that is locked and secured outside of opening hours

Please be aware of the risks of theft when putting your items in a retail store.

Payment

Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd agrees that, upon sale, to receive the proceeds due to you, The Maker/Business/Consignor.
Proceeds will be held until the 1st of the following month from sale, and paid to your nominated bank account, after deducting all fees and rent.

If the 1st of the month falls on non-business day, payment will be made on the first business day thereafter. Please allow time for funds to clear your bank account also.
A sales report will be emailed to your nominated email address on day of payment.

If you, The Maker/Business/Consignor, does not make enough sales in the previous month to cover the following months’ rent, Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd, will issue an invoice for any outstanding rent.

You, The Maker/Business/Consigner, agree to pay the invoice to Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd within the terms of the invoice.

Termination of Contract

You, The Maker/Business/Consignee are required to give a minimum of one month notice for termination.

Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd will give one months’ notice for termination of contact, but reserves the right to terminate effective immediately in such case of (but not limited to):
* Abusive behaviour towards staff, customers or owners.
* If we suspect that items are not what are advertised
* Does not align with our values
* We believe that your goods are no longer/are not a good fit for Soul Collective WA Pty Ltd
